Return Eligibility & Period

  • Return & Exchange Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or allow exchanges.
  • Exception for Fibosport Errors: If you receive a defective item or if we have sent the wrong product, we will exchange it to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.
  • Shipping on Errors: Fibosport covers all shipping costs for correcting our errors. If an exchange is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the replacement item free of charge.
