Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@fibosport.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions and the return address. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days, and email you when it's done.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, since we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back to us.

Large & Freight Items

Oversized items such as racks, benches, cages, and cardio equipment ship by freight and are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover freight and handling. This fee is waived if the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or isn't what you ordered, we've got you fully covered. We'll pay all shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos so we can make it right quickly.
