Shipping Policy

  1. Overview
    Fibosport currently ships only to BC and AB. We offer three primary fulfillment methods:

  • Parcel shipping for small and medium items.

  • Freight shipping for oversized or heavy items such as racks, benches, and cardio machines.

  • Local pickup at our Surrey, BC warehouse located at 12160 103 A Avenue, Surrey , BC V3V 3G7 (Appointment Needed)

  1. Order Processing and Handling Time
    We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Parcel items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Oversized or freight items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation, depending on warehouse volume and carrier scheduling.

  • Pre-order, backorder, or special-order items will have estimated lead times displayed on their product pages and may require additional processing time.

  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Types

Parcel Orders
Parcel orders ship through standard carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, or similar services. Delivery is made to a physical street address. PO Boxes may not be supported for larger items.

Freight and Oversized Orders
Large or heavy items ship via LTL freight carriers. Freight delivery is curbside only; the driver does not carry items inside or assemble equipment.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your shipment is on the way.
Additional carrier fees may apply for services such as lift-gate delivery, residential delivery, stair carry, or restricted access. If such services are required, we will advise you of any additional costs before shipping when possible.

  1. Local Pickup (Richmond, BC)
    Local pickup is available by selecting the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.

    Pickup is by appointment only. You will be notified by email when your order is ready.
    In-stock items are usually available for pickup within one business day.

  2. Shipping Costs and Charges
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, item size, and weight.
    Freight shipping for heavy or oversized items may be higher due to carrier and handling requirements; costs are displayed during checkout.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except in cases where Fibosport has shipped the incorrect item or the item arrives damaged due to our error.

  3. Tracking and Notifications
    Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
    Parcel shipments include a carrier tracking number and an estimated delivery timeframe.
    Freight shipments include tracking and will require scheduling with the freight carrier.
    Please inspect all packages upon delivery and report any damage immediately.

  4. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact Fibosport within 48 hours of delivery at support@fibosport.com.
    For parcel shipments, keep all packaging materials and provide photos of any damage.
    For freight shipments, if the packaging or pallet is visibly damaged, note the damage on the Bill of Lading before signing, or refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
    We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve any damage or loss, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

  5. Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Mixed Orders
    Items listed as pre-order, backorder, or special order will display an estimated shipping date on their product pages.
    If your order includes both in-stock and back-ordered items, your order may ship once all items are available unless you request partial shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply for partial shipments.
    Cancellation or modification of pre-orders or backorders may not be possible once the item has entered processing or shipment staging.

  6. Customer Responsibilities
    Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address and being available to receive their order.
    For freight deliveries, a capable adult must be present at the delivery location to receive and unload the shipment.
    Customers are responsible for arranging the manpower or tools needed to move or assemble heavy items.
    Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report any issues promptly to ensure eligibility for claims or replacements.

  7. International Shipping and Duties
    Fibosport may ship internationally for certain items. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.
    International delivery times vary and may be affected by customs clearance procedures.

  8. Returns and Refunds Related to Shipping
    Shipping-related concerns or returns are addressed in our Return and Refund Policy.
    Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Fibosport.

  9. Policy Changes
    Fibosport reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The policy that applies to your order will be the version posted on our website at the time the order was placed.
