Warranty

1. Warranty Scope and Coverage
   Fibosport provides a limited warranty on gym equipment sold through our store. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

Warranty coverage includes structural defects, manufacturing faults, and defects in materials, provided the product was used under normal residential/home-gym conditions and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Warranty Period
   Unless otherwise specified on the product page, Fibosport offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

If a product page indicates a different warranty period (for example longer warranty or a restricted warranty), that stated period supersedes the standard warranty.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
   To submit a warranty claim, you must:

• Be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

• Contact Fibosport via email at support@fibosport.com, describing the defect and including photos or video showing the issue.

• Ship (or arrange pick-up of) the defective item or part to us for inspection if required.

After receipt and inspection of the item, Fibosport will at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item or part, or offer a refund of the purchase price — excluding shipping or handling fees, unless the defect was due to our error.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
   The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, surface scratches, paint chips, rust from use, or expected material aging.

• Damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, overload, improper assembly, improper maintenance, or use beyond intended residential/home use (e.g. commercial gym or training-studio use).

• Damage caused during shipping by the customer (unless originally shipped via Fibosport and damage was documented upon delivery).

• Alterations, modifications, or repairs not performed or authorized by Fibosport or the original manufacturer.

• Any non-Fibosport branded accessory or part supplied by a third party — those remain subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty (if any).

• Consequential damages, incidental damages, loss of use, or other indirect losses (e.g. medical, property damage, time, labor).

5. Warranty Transferability
   Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Any resale of the product voids the warranty.

6. Claim Limitations and Conditions

• Claims must be made within the warranty period. Submissions after the warranty period may be rejected.

• You must retain original packaging, product serial number or model number (if applicable), and purchase receipt to validate claims.

• Fibosport reserves the right to request return of defective parts or items before approving replacement, repair, or refund.

• Repaired or replaced items become the property of Fibosport.

7. Liability Limitation
   Except for the express warranty stated above, Fibosport makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fibosport’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the defective product. Fibosport is not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Warranty Disclaimer for Commercial Use
   This warranty applies only to residential/home-gym use. Equipment used for commercial, institutional, or income-producing purposes (e.g. fitness studios, gyms, personal training facilities) is not covered.

9. Changes to Warranty Policy
   Fibosport reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase governs the warranty for that order.
